To the Neftaly Chairperson, Neftaly Board, Neftaly Royal Chiefs, and the entire Neftaly Human Capital Community,

I am honoured to launch the Neftaly Human Capital Royalty Management Policy (NeftalyP433).

This policy establishes clear guidelines for recognising, managing, and supporting the roles, responsibilities, and privileges associated with Neftaly Royalty within the Human Capital ecosystem. It ensures that interactions, communications, and operational engagements with Royalty are handled with respect, consistency, and compliance with organisational and cultural protocols.

Through this policy, Neftaly strengthens governance, accountability, and cultural respect in all Royalty-related Human Capital activities.

This policy applies to:

  • All Neftaly Human Capital staff, managers, interns, volunteers, fellows, and contractors interacting with Neftaly Royalty.
  • Activities involving Royal communication, protocol adherence, event management, and Human Capital administrative support.
  • Documentation and reporting of Royal engagements.
  • Ensuring alignment with cultural, organisational, and legal requirements regarding Royalty interactions.

NeftalyP433-3: Definitions

Royalty: Traditional leaders, chiefs, or culturally recognised authorities within Neftaly’s operational territories.
Royalty Officer: Human Capital staff responsible for coordinating and managing Royal engagements.
Royal Protocol: Established procedures and etiquette for communication, engagement, and management of Royalty.
Royal Engagement: Official interaction, event participation, or consultation with Royalty.
Royal Privileges: Rights, recognitions, or entitlements provided to Royalty under Neftaly policy or cultural protocols.

5.3 Royalty Officers / Human Capital Staff

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute Royalty engagements.

5.4 Line Managers / Supervisors

  • Support staff in Royalty-related responsibilities.
  • Ensure compliance with reporting and protocol adherence.
