To the Neftaly Chairperson, Neftaly Board, Neftaly Royal Chiefs, and the entire Neftaly Human Capital Community,

I am honoured to launch the Neftaly Human Capital Mapping Management Policy (NeftalyP295).

Human Capital Mapping is a strategic tool that enables Neftaly to visualise, analyse, and optimise its workforce distribution, capabilities, and alignment with organisational goals. This policy ensures that all mapping activities are conducted consistently, accurately, and in a manner that informs decision-making for talent deployment, succession planning, training, and workforce development.
