To the Neftaly Chairperson, all Neftaly Royal Committee Members, Neftaly Royal Chiefs, and all Neftaly Human Capital,

I am honored to launch the Neftaly Human Capital Gratuity Management Policy (NeftalyP223).

Gratuities are a key component in recognising and rewarding the dedication, loyalty, and contributions of our Human Capital. This policy provides a structured and transparent framework for administering gratuities across Neftaly, ensuring fairness, compliance with legal standards, and alignment with Neftaly’s strategic objectives.

It is crucial that every officer and Human Capital member understand the criteria, processes, and responsibilities associated with gratuity management. This approach ensures that rewards are distributed equitably, fostering a culture of recognition, motivation, and accountability within Neftaly.

      • NeftalyP223-6-2-1 Submit NeftalyT223-01 Gratuity Application Form to Human Capital Officer.
      • NeftalyP223-6-2-2 Attach all supporting documentation (employment records, performance reports, etc.).
      • NeftalyP223-6-2-3 Officer reviews eligibility and completeness of application.

      NeftalyP223-6-3 Approval Process

      • NeftalyP223-6-3-1 Human Capital Officer calculates gratuity based on policy.
      • NeftalyP223-6-3-2 Approval required from NeftalyCHCR.
      • NeftalyP223-6-3-3 High-value gratuities escalated to CEO for final approval.

      NeftalyP223-6-4 Disbursement

      • NeftalyP223-6-4-1 Approved gratuities are processed through Neftaly Finance Department.
      • NeftalyP223-6-4-2 Payment is made via bank transfer or cheque to the eligible Human Capital.
      • NeftalyP223-6-4-3 Disbursement is recorded in Neftaly Gratuity Register (NeftalyT223-02).
