NeftalyP228-1: CEO Statement – Neftaly Malatjie
To the Neftaly Board, Neftaly Chiefs, Neftaly Team Members and the Human Capital Division:
I am pleased to launch the Neftaly Human Capital Guidance Management Policy (NeftalyP228). Guidance is one of the strongest pillars of Neftaly’s culture. It ensures that every team member receives timely support, direction, mentorship, information, and clarity to perform at their highest capability.
This policy establishes a structured, professional, and empowering approach to organisational guidance—from onboarding to continuous support, advisory channels, leadership guidance, career development aids, and daily operational direction. It ensures every Neftaly member receives the help they need to succeed.
My statement ends here.
Signed:
Neftaly Malatjie
Chief Executive Officer, Neftaly
