I, Neftaly Malatjie, CEO of Neftaly, hereby introduce the Neftaly Human Capital Guideline Management Policy (NeftalyP229). This policy ensures that Neftaly maintains consistent, standardised, high-quality guidelines across all Human Capital operations. Guidelines act as supporting tools to policies and procedures, helping Neftaly team members understand expectations clearly, perform effectively, and maintain organisational excellence.

Neftaly produces a wide range of guidelines including operational guidelines, behavioural guidelines, compliance guidelines, training guidelines, development guidelines, and emergency guidelines. This policy mandates the creation, approval, distribution, review, storage, and auditing of all Neftaly guidelines.
