NeftalyP236-1-1 The purpose of this policy is to provide structured guidelines for the management of all Neftaly home-related arrangements, accommodations, facilities, and associated services for employees, human capital, and program participants. This ensures safety, efficiency, compliance, and comfort in all Neftaly housing or home management arrangements.
NeftalyP236-2 Scope
NeftalyP236-2-1 This policy applies to:
- NeftalyP236-2-1-1 All Neftaly employees, fellows, interns, and volunteers residing in Neftaly-provided housing.
- NeftalyP236-2-1-2 All Neftaly-owned, rented, or managed residential facilities.
- NeftalyP236-2-1-3 All home services, amenities, and related processes including maintenance, security, occupancy, and utilities.
NeftalyP236-3 Definitions
- NeftalyP236-3-1 Home: Any residence provided, managed, or used under Neftaly arrangements.
- NeftalyP236-3-2 Occupant: Any human capital assigned to or residing in Neftaly homes.
- NeftalyP236-3-3 Home Management: The planning, administration, maintenance, and supervision of residences and associated services.
- NeftalyP236-3-4 Facilities: Physical infrastructure, utilities, furnishings, and appliances in Neftaly homes.
NeftalyP236-4 Policy Statement

- NeftalyP236-4-2 Follow approved procedures and schedules
- NeftalyP236-4-3 Maintain cleanliness, security, and operational efficiency

NeftalyP236-5-1 Chief Human Capital Officer
- NeftalyP236-5-1-1 Oversees the overall management of Neftaly housing arrangements.
- NeftalyP236-5-1-2 Ensures compliance with this policy.
NeftalyP236-5-2 Neftaly Housing Officer
- NeftalyP236-5-2-1 Manages day-to-day operations of Neftaly homes.
- NeftalyP236-5-2-2 Coordinates maintenance, inspections, and occupancy schedules.
NeftalyP236-5-3 Occupants
- NeftalyP236-5-3-1 Follow house rules and report issues promptly.
- NeftalyP236-5-3-2 Respect facilities, neighbors, and property.
NeftalyP236-5-4 Supervisors / Royal Directors
- NeftalyP236-5-4-1 Approve housing allocation and occupancy changes.
- NeftalyP236-5-4-2 Monitor compliance with home management standards.
NeftalyP236-6 Home Management Procedures
NeftalyP236-6-1 Allocation of Housing
- NeftalyP236-6-1-1 Evaluate occupancy needs based on role, duration, and availability.
- NeftalyP236-6-1-2 Allocate homes fairly and transparently.
- NeftalyP236-6-1-3 Record all allocations in the Home Allocation Register (NeftalyP236-T01).
NeftalyP236-6-2 Maintenance and Repairs
- NeftalyP236-6-2-1 Conduct regular inspections.
- NeftalyP236-6-2-2 Log maintenance requests in the Maintenance Request Form (NeftalyP236-T02).
- NeftalyP236-6-2-3 Schedule repairs promptly to avoid disruption.

- NeftalyP236-6-5-3 Record final occupancy condition and reconcile deposits if applicable.
NeftalyP236-6-6 Conflict Resolution
- NeftalyP236-6-6-1 Address disputes or complaints promptly.
- NeftalyP236-6-6-2 Use mediation by Housing Officer or HR supervisor when required.
- NeftalyP236-6-6-3 Maintain records of all conflict resolutions.

NeftalyP236-8 Compliance
- NeftalyP236-8-1 All Neftaly homes must be managed in accordance with this policy.
- NeftalyP236-8-2 Violations, mismanagement, or negligence must be reported to the Chief Human Capital Officer.
- NeftalyP236-8-3 Non-compliance may result in disciplinary action or review of housing privileges.
