I am honoured to launch the Neftaly Human Capital Infrastructure Management Policy (NeftalyP253).
Infrastructure is the backbone of our Human Capital operations. This policy ensures that Neftaly designs, maintains, and optimises its physical, digital, and organisational infrastructure to support efficient and sustainable Human Capital management.
By standardising infrastructure practices, we enhance operational efficiency, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and provide a secure, functional, and enabling environment for all staff.
