I am honoured to launch the Neftaly Human Capital Litigation Management Policy (NeftalyP284).
Litigation is a critical aspect of organisational risk management and governance. This policy establishes procedures for identifying, managing, monitoring, and resolving legal disputes involving Human Capital operations, personnel, or organisational activities. Proper litigation management protects Neftaly’s interests, ensures legal compliance, and strengthens the organisation’s reputation.
