To the Neftaly Chairperson, Neftaly Board, Neftaly Royal Chiefs, and the entire Neftaly Human Capital Community,

I am honoured to launch the Neftaly Human Capital LMS Management Policy (NeftalyP527).

The Learning Management System (LMS) is central to Neftaly’s mission to develop, upskill, and empower our workforce. This policy ensures that our LMS is managed efficiently, securely, and effectively, providing seamless access to learning resources, tracking progress, and supporting career development initiatives.

Proper LMS management strengthens training outcomes, compliance with governance requirements, and enhances overall Human Capital performance.
