I am honoured to launch the Neftaly Human Capital Localisation Management Policy (NeftalyP287).
Localisation is a strategic approach to strengthen Neftaly’s Human Capital by integrating local knowledge, culture, talent, and operational context into our workforce and processes. This policy ensures that Neftaly leverages local talent effectively, respects community-specific dynamics, and aligns local initiatives with organisational goals.
