To the Neftaly Chairperson, Neftaly Board, Neftaly Royal Chiefs, and the entire Neftaly Human Capital Community,
I am honoured to launch the Neftaly Human Capital Pay Management Policy (NeftalyP348).
Fair, transparent, and consistent pay management is essential to recognising the value of our workforce, motivating performance, and ensuring organisational equity. This policy sets out how Neftaly determines, administers, and monitors employee remuneration, benefits, and incentives in alignment with organisational objectives, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
By standardising pay management processes, we ensure clarity, compliance, and trust across all levels of our Human Capital ecosystem.

- NeftalyP348-2-1-1 All Neftaly employees, contractors, and consultants whose pay is managed by Human Capital.

All Human Capital pay management must comply with:

- NeftalyP348-8-5 Neftaly Human Capital due to delays in Stipends payments or Neftaly Clients bills payment Neftaly may be unable to pay in time Neftaly Human Capital may resign or wait
- NeftalyP348-8-6 If Neftaly Human Capital chose to wait the Neftaly Salary shall be paid upon Neftaly receipt of payments and all the missed months shall be paid in full or in portions until the full amount
- NeftalyP348-8-7 If Neftaly Human Capital chose to resign due to delays in salary paymemts Neftaly Human Capital must receive full salary when the client pay within 6 months
- NeftalyP348-8-8 Should Neftaly not make any payment or no communication within 6 months former Neftaly Human Capital can contact Neftaly Human Capital from the 3rd Month to remind
- NeftalyP348-8-9 If Neftaly projects or Neftaly Funding gets cut and will affect Employment will ended immediately for both permanent and fixed term contracts.
- NeftalyP348-8-10 If Neftaly Human Capital who are attached to a specific contract or their existence are in line with a specific client immediately the contract lapse, ends, or terminated their employment will also end with the contract.
Non-compliance may lead to corrective, administrative, or disciplinary action.
