I am honoured to launch the Neftaly Human Capital Performance Management Policy (NeftalyP353).
Performance management is central to achieving excellence at Neftaly. This policy ensures that individual and team contributions are systematically assessed, supported, and aligned with our strategic objectives. It promotes accountability, development, and recognition, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
By implementing this policy, Neftaly reinforces its commitment to professional growth, transparent evaluation, and results-driven Human Capital management.
