To the Neftaly Chairperson, Neftaly Board, Neftaly Royal Chiefs, and the entire Neftaly Human Capital Community,

I am honoured to present the Neftaly Human Capital Plan Management Policy (NeftalyP359).

Planning is the foundation of Neftaly’s Human Capital success. It is the discipline that guides our direction, aligns our stakeholders, and ensures that every Human Capital activity is intentional, coordinated, and aligned with Neftaly’s long-term strategy.
This policy establishes a unified framework for developing, reviewing, approving, implementing, and monitoring Human Capital plans across all units, programmes, and locations.

It strengthens accountability, drives operational excellence, and ensures that planning leads to measurable results.
