I am honoured to launch the Neftaly Human Capital Policy Management Policy (NeftalyP362).
Policies are the framework that guide our decisions, actions, and governance. This policy ensures that all Human Capital policies within Neftaly are developed, approved, implemented, monitored, and reviewed consistently, effectively, and in alignment with our organisational objectives and compliance requirements.
It strengthens accountability, enhances transparency, and ensures our workforce operates within clear and consistent standards.
