I am honoured to launch the Neftaly Human Capital Quality Management Policy (NeftalyP388).
Quality is the cornerstone of Neftaly’s Human Capital operations. This policy ensures that all activities, processes, and services delivered by Human Capital meet defined standards, are consistent, and achieve the desired impact. By embedding quality management practices, Neftaly strengthens operational excellence, enhances stakeholder trust, and continuously improves its services and programmes.
