Kgotso a ebe le lena.

I am pleased to launch the Neftaly Human Capital Reduction Management Policy (NeftalyP396).

At Neftaly, it is sometimes necessary to reduce positions or adjust human capital allocations to align with strategic objectives, financial sustainability, or operational efficiency. This policy provides a structured, fair, and transparent framework for managing reductions while safeguarding the dignity and rights of Neftaly Human Capital.

Our goal is to manage reductions responsibly, ensuring continuity of operations, compliance with labour laws, and support for affected Neftaly Human Capital throughout the process.

My message shall end here.
