NeftalyP523-1: Neftaly CEO Neftaly Malatjie Address on the Purpose and Rationale for Launching the Neftaly Human Capital Zero Management Policy

To the Chairperson of Neftaly, all Neftaly Royal Committee Members, all Neftaly Royal Chiefs, and all Neftaly Human Capital,

Kgotso a ebe le lena.

I am pleased to launch the Neftaly Human Capital Zero Management Policy (NeftalyP523). This policy is designed to establish clear and accountable procedures to manage “zero tolerance” incidents, behaviors, or outcomes within Neftaly.

NeftalyP523 ensures that all zero tolerance matters—including safety violations, non-compliance, misconduct, or risk-related events—are handled consistently, transparently, and in line with Neftaly values and regulatory requirements. It provides guidance for reporting, investigation, documentation, corrective action, and monitoring.

My message shall end here.

Neftaly Malatjie | CEO | Neftaly
