Submission and Consolidation of Monthly Reports by the Neftaly Chief Human Capital Officer
NeftalyP238-6-3-10 requires that the Neftaly Chief Human Capital Officer (CHCO) must submit each Neftaly Staff monthly idea, including their full month’s work, in alignment with NeftalyP238-6-3-6 through NeftalyP238-6-3-8.
This monthly submission must include:
- All activities, tasks, and duties completed during the month
- Performance updates aligned with annual objectives (NeftalyP238-6-3-1)
- Progress on deliverables submitted daily, weekly, and quarterly
- Challenges identified, solutions implemented, and outstanding actions
- Plans and recommendations for the upcoming month
- All approvals obtained as required by Neftaly performance and authorisation policies
Consolidation by Neftaly Human Capital Teams
Each Neftaly Human Capital Officer is responsible for:
- Consolidating all monthly submissions received from Chiefs, managers, and officers within their unit.
- Ensuring compliance with NeftalyP238-6-3-6 (daily reports), NeftalyP238-6-3-7 (weekly reports), and NeftalyP238-6-3-8 (quarterly reports).
- Ensuring all necessary approvals and validations are properly attached.
- Verifying accuracy, completeness, and alignment with departmental objectives.
Required Report Naming Standard
All consolidated monthly reports must follow the official Neftaly naming format:
“Neftaly [DD Month YYYY] to [DD Month YYYY] [Position] [Name Surname] Monthly Report”
