Neftaly Royal Chiefs Monthly Report Submission

NeftalyP238-6-3-11 states that all Neftaly Royal Chiefs must note that they are required to submit their Monthly Neftaly Royal Chiefs Report separately, in addition to any other reports submitted under Neftaly performance management processes.

This ensures that each Royal Chief provides:

• A comprehensive monthly overview of their departmental, operational, and leadership activities.
• Detailed progress on targets, challenges, and interventions for the month.
• Compliance with Neftaly reporting standards for accountability and transparency.
• Information required for strategic decision-making, monitoring, and organisational oversight.

The Monthly Neftaly Royal Chiefs Report is therefore an additional mandatory report and must not be combined with weekly, quarterly, or annual reports submitted through the Neftaly Monitoring and Evaluation System.
