Monthly Human Capital Report Presentation by Neftaly Royal Chiefs
NeftalyP238-6-3-5-1 requires that every Neftaly Royal Chief must present a Monthly Neftaly Human Capital Report for each individual Neftaly Human Capital member under their supervision.
Each report must cover the official Neftaly monthly reporting cycle:
Reporting Period:
20th of the current month to the 19th of the following month
This ensures consistency across departments and allows for comprehensive monthly performance tracking.
1. Requirements for Monthly Human Capital Reports
Each Neftaly Human Capital Monthly Report must:
- Be prepared separately for each Human Capital member (no combined reports).
- Detail the full scope of work, achievements, challenges, and progress for the reporting period.
- Align with all activities and duties assessed under the Neftaly Performance System.
- Be reviewed and approved individually following Neftaly authorisation procedures.
2. Mandatory Approvals (as per NeftalyP238-6-3-6 to NeftalyP238-6-3-8)

Daily reporting requirements and validations.
NeftalyP238-6-3-7

Royal Chiefs are responsible for:
- Ensuring reports are completed correctly and on time.
