The Neftaly Chief Development Officer (CDO) holds the official mandate to manage, coordinate, and execute all client communications through the Neftaly BulkSMS Portal and the Neftaly App Invitation System.

This mandate ensures that all Neftaly clients, stakeholders, partners, and participants receive timely, accurate, and formal notifications regarding Neftaly activities, programmes, services, and events.

1. BulkSMS Portal Communication Mandate

The Neftaly Chief Development Officer is responsible for:

  • Managing and authorising all outbound communications via the Neftaly BulkSMS Portal
  • Ensuring that all Neftaly clients receive verified, clear, and official Neftaly notifications
  • Sending bulk announcements related to:
    • Neftaly events and activities
    • Training programmes and workshops
    • Community initiatives
    • Consultations and engagements
    • Campaigns and public participation drives
    • Institutional and stakeholder communications

Objectives of BulkSMS Communication

  • Improve client engagement and participation
  • Ensure real-time information delivery
  • Strengthen Neftaly brand visibility and accessibility
  • Maintain official communication records for compliance and reporting

2. Neftaly App Invitation Mandate

The Neftaly Chief Development Officer is further mandated to create and distribute official Neftaly App invitations through Neftaly digital platforms and websites using the standardised invitation format:

Official Invitation Format

Neftaly Invites [Name Surname] to [Attend/Participate] in [Activity Name as per Neftaly Events] on [DD Month YYYY] [HH:MM]

Invitation Responsibilities

The CDO must ensure that:

  • Invitations are personalised with the recipient’s full name
