The Neftaly Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is mandated to establish, manage, and maintain a comprehensive records management system for all Neftaly marketing, branding, communications, and promotional activities in order to support compliance, legal accountability, governance, and institutional memory.

This mandate ensures that Neftaly’s marketing and external communication records are preserved in accordance with regulatory, governance, and organisational requirements.

The CMO is responsible for maintaining records relating to:
