  • SayProCSPR written feedback about Neftaly Position Swap Day 5 February 2026

    Date: 5 February 2026
    Programme: Neftaly Position Swap
    Department: SayProCSPR

SayProCSPR providing written feedback regarding the Neftaly Position Swap that took place on 5 February 2026.

The Neftaly Position Swap is a very important initiative within the company. It provides an opportunity for Human Capital members to experience and understand different roles and responsibilities within the organisation. Through this process, SayPro are able to strengthen teamwork, improve communication, and gain a broader understanding of how each position contributes to the overall success of SayPro.

The Position Swap helps to build capacity among team members. By stepping into another role, we develop new skills, learn different systems and processes, and appreciate the challenges and expectations attached to each position. This promotes accountability and encourages a culture of support and collaboration.

In my view, the Neftaly Position Swap is important because it:

    • Enhances skills development and practical learning.
    • Promotes unity and teamwork within SayProCSPR.
    • Improves problem-solving and adaptability.
    • Strengthens leadership development and organisational understanding.
    • Encourages respect for each role and responsibility.

The initiative also prepares Human Capital members for future growth opportunities within SayPro. It ensures that we are not limited to one function but are continuously learning and expanding our knowledge.

Overall, the Neftaly Position Swap is a valuable programme that supports SayPro’s vision of capacity building, empowerment, and organisational excellence. I believe it should continue to be implemented and strengthened.
