I open 2026 here at Neftaly and Quarter 4.

I welcome you once again into 2026 New Year we thank God that we are still alive.

I welcome you once again in 2025 a lot has happened. Many people have lost their jobs, there were lots of retrenchment between small and large companies. Neftaly has isolated itself from this.

Corporate Offices were closed due to companies cannot afford to pay rents and Neftaly was a victim of this.

Companies have not made income last year so is Neftaly.

I have tried to motivate and speak to so many Neftaly Human Capital to stick with me in this difficult time.

It seems like many did not hear me and are willing to hear me. When leaders do not listen. How will they lead those they are leading if they do not listen to them.

Just like Noah I have been tasked at Neftaly to build a solution which I have worked very hard with less and no resources.

People who used to help Noah turned their back against him and they said to him they cannot continue to build a useless ship.

Noah continued to build the ark with his family and God.

When the situation turn around the water came and they started to run to the Ark for help.

Noah could not open the ark the water swallowed people who did not listen to Noah who was sent by God.

Daily as the leader I watch retrenchment, funding drop, funders are broke, people are cutting on costs and this will lead you and me at Neftaly to be jobless.

Daily we pray to God as we build the ark to help us with jobs, trainings, courses and to turn things around.

I do not have anyone motivating me unlike you as I do come to rescue you by motivating and giving you the energy.

As for me I do not have my motivator except for God.

He spoke to us last year at FNB and he said despite all the problems we have we must be grateful for the little that we have. Despite all challenges there is a lot to celebrate.

Let me send my deepest appreciation to the Neftaly Kingdom Royal Committee for your presence. Through your availability I have strength. You stood in my court for the whole year receiving works. You have been dissapointed and discouraged so many times but here you are still with me.

I wish to send all Neftaly Royal Chiefs who worked tirelessly pushing the work and the people in charge. If it was not for Neftaly Royal Chiefs this ark would still be stand still.

At Neftaly instead of us retrenchment we were shocked with the resignations from various staff. Over 50 people left in pieces as if the company is closing down.

When people left they started to say things that they could not say when they were with us.

Should I say people started to confess.

When I watch Nigerian movies when people are caught from their envy, jealous and long held anger.

This only happens at the end when someone has suffered.

Only at the end that is when secrets and complaints come out.

How do we go back to the people who are angry with us to work with us again after all they say about Neftaly Malatjie and Neftaly.

When a child has no respect will be seen on the road. Then we will say the child was not groomed well by the parents.

When a child has no respect will in the middle of the adults gathering will just speak without order and all adults will see that the child was not raised well.

How does a parent leave their children without monitoring them. It means that one is not a parent.

I have begged the God of Zion to answer our tears around Salaries, rents and money’s to pay the costs. The God of Mount Zion did not answer. Only to find out that people are playing with their jobs, people did as they pleased, they did not work, worst of them all.

I have never seen such people who are ungrateful.

I am shocked by the fellow Christians whom during the shaking of the Titanic showed us things that we are asking ourselves if indeed they are Christians.

I thank him for not replying because when he paid us people were not happy so it is the same as when they were not paid they were not happy.

Only when he kept our monies on hold secrets came out.

Now secrets are out.

How do we beg people who are angry with us to come and sit with us in the same table.

Now we see why our prayers are kept on hold.

How do we expect God to answer us when are angry with each other, keeping secrets, bitter and dissapointed.

He knows our hearts and all of you can see now.

I thank the God of Mount Zion for not answering.

I will hold on to ‘Ke na le Modisa ke tla be hlokang’

I wish you in the last quarter and the new year the best.

The road ahead will be tough as I told you since 2023.

With the God of Mount Zion we will finish the ark. We will cross the flood that is coming.

It will not be easy but our Bishop has promised us that everything will be well.

To all who have left us in 2025 and 2026 I thank God for your presence, prayers and your hard work.

I saw what you have been doing.

I wish you saw things the way I saw them you worked very hard.

You worked very well.

To the God of Mount Zion please send my appreciation to the angels of the staff who worked on Neftaly in the past year.

I wish I could thank the people who used to work with us but many are angry with me.

Just like the young man Jesus who was killed and crucified in the cross. He was innocent.

My God will take Me and my purpose forward.

I am so proud of you.

May the God of Mount Zion keep you. Have patience, faith and hope in the God of Mounr Zion. He will not throw you away.

Remember to stick to the Neftaly Policies and Procedures as they will take you to the next level.

I wish the new team members who will join us a warm welcome into the new positions they are going to hold.

When you hire new people make sure that you monitor, review and ensure that they comply with policies and procedures.

I wish good luck to those who worked with us before good luck as they progress in their lives.

As a leader I am aware and I saw this in 2017 that we are going to be hungry that is why I am preparing us and Neftaly for this.
