NeftalyP582-1 Purpose

NeftalyP582-1-1 The Neftaly Human Capital Masterclass Management Procedure (NeftalyP582) establishes the framework for planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating Neftaly’s Masterclasses across all divisions. The purpose of this procedure is to ensure that Masterclass sessions are strategically designed to enhance professional growth, build capacity, and strengthen knowledge sharing among Neftaly Royals, Officers, Human Capital members, and external partners.

This procedure aligns with Neftaly’s mission to empower individuals through continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation within its Human Capital development programs.


NeftalyP582-2 Scope

This procedure applies to:

  • NeftalyP582-2-1 All Neftaly Royals, Deputy Chiefs, Officers, and Human Capital members.
  • NeftalyP582-2-2 All Neftaly Masterclass programs conducted internally or in collaboration with external institutions.
  • NeftalyP582-2-3 All digital, hybrid, and in-person learning formats facilitated under Neftaly’s Human Capital framework.

NeftalyP582-3 Definitions

  • NeftalyP582-3-1 Masterclass: A structured, high-level training or educational session delivered by an expert within or outside Neftaly.
  • NeftalyP582-3-2 Facilitator: The designated expert or trainer responsible for leading a Masterclass.
  • NeftalyP582-3-3 Participant: A Neftaly Human Capital member or partner attending a Masterclass session.
  • NeftalyP582-3-4 Evaluation: The assessment of Masterclass outcomes, including feedback, learning impact, and performance improvement.
  • NeftalyP582-3-5 Learning Platform: Neftaly’s digital environment used for Masterclass coordination, hosting, and content management.

  • NeftalyP582-4-1 To deliver high-quality, skill-oriented learning experiences aligned with Neftaly’s strategic priorities.
  • NeftalyP582-4-2 To ensure consistent planning and delivery of Masterclasses through standardized procedures.
  • NeftalyP582-4-3 To encourage knowledge exchange, collaboration, and leadership development within Neftaly.

NeftalyP582-5 Roles and Responsibilities

NeftalyP582-6-1 Planning and Approval

NeftalyP582-6-1-1 Identify learning needs through consultation with Royal Directors and Officers.

NeftalyP582-6-1-2 Submit Masterclass proposals using the Masterclass Proposal Form (NeftalyF582-01) to the CHCO.

NeftalyP582-6-1-3 The CHCO reviews proposals and obtains CEO approval for final scheduling.

NeftalyP582-6-1-4 Approved sessions are included in the annual or quarterly training calendar.

    NeftalyP582-6-2 Preparation and Coordination

    • NeftalyP582-6-2-1 Assign facilitators and confirm training dates, venues, or virtual platforms.
    • NeftalyP582-6-2-2 Prepare course materials and ensure alignment with Neftaly’s competency framework.
    • NeftalyP582-6-2-3 Officers send invitations and coordinate participant registration using NeftalyT582-01 (Registration Template).

    NeftalyP582-6-3 Implementation

    • NeftalyP582-6-3-1 Conduct the Masterclass as scheduled.
    • NeftalyP582-6-3-2 Ensure attendance is recorded using NeftalyD582-01 (Attendance Record Form).
    • NeftalyP582-6-3-3 Maintain an interactive, inclusive learning environment emphasizing knowledge application.

    NeftalyP582-6-4 Evaluation and Reporting

    • NeftalyP582-6-4-1 Distribute post-session evaluation forms (NeftalyF582-02) to participants.
    • NeftalyP582-6-4-2 The CHCO compiles a Masterclass Evaluation Report (NeftalyD582-02) summarizing feedback, participation, and impact.
    • NeftalyP582-6-4-3 Recommendations from the evaluation are reviewed for continuous program improvement.

    NeftalyP582-6-5 Record Management

    • NeftalyP582-6-5-1 All documentation (proposals, attendance records, evaluations, and reports) are archived in Neftaly’s Human Capital Learning Repository.
    • NeftalyP582-6-5-2 Access is restricted to authorized Officers and Governance staff.
