The Neftaly Royal Board DEI Committee (NeftalyRoyal-20) is a governance-level body dedicated to embedding diversity, equity and inclusion within Neftaly. Its mission is to ensure fair representation, remove structural barriers, and cultivate an inclusive culture so that all individuals, regardless of their background, identity, or circumstance, have an equal opportunity to be heard, respected, and empowered. The Committee guides policies and practices across Neftaly’s board and operations, champions inclusive decision-making, and drives continuous DEI awareness, learning, and accountability across the organisation.
