Subject: Concerns About Progress and Administrative Delays

Dear Executive Management

I would like to raise several concerns regarding the current progress and operations within NeftalyCHAR.

There has been minimal progress recorded recently. Out of 12 graduation students, only one has completed payment, which is a concern that needs urgent attention.

In addition, the AGM and nomination processes have not yet been conducted, which is affecting proper governance and planning.

We are also experiencing delays in response to support tickets, which is affecting our ability to complete tasks on time and comply with required deadlines.

These issues are collectively slowing down operations and require immediate intervention to improve efficiency and accountability.
