This procedure ensures that every workshop contributes to skill development, collaboration, innovation, and alignment with Neftaly’s strategic human capital development goals.

NeftalyP584-2-1 This procedure applies to all Neftaly-organized or co-hosted workshops, whether physical, hybrid, or virtual. It includes both internal (staff development) and external (stakeholder engagement) workshops.

NeftalyP584-8 Compliance and Enforcement
NeftalyP584-8-1 Non-compliance with this procedure may result in administrative review and corrective actions as per Neftaly Human Capital Governance Framework.
