3. Employment Terms

  • This agreement establishes a part-time employment relationship between Neftaly and the Employee.
  • The Employee agrees to work on a [Specify number]-hour per week basis.
  • The Employee’s schedule will be determined based on Neftaly’s operational requirements and communicated in advance.

4. Working Hours and Remuneration

  • Comply with all workplace health and safety regulations.

6. Leave and Benefits

  • The Employee is entitled to pro-rated leave based on hours worked.
  • Sick leave and other benefits will be provided in accordance with South African labor laws and Neftaly’s internal policies.
  • The Employee is not eligible for full-time employee benefits, including medical aid or pension contributions.

7. Termination of Employment

This Contract may be terminated:

  • By mutual agreement between both parties.
  • By Neftaly with a [Specify notice period, e.g., 14 days] written notice if performance is unsatisfactory or for operational reasons.

  • Immediately, in cases of gross misconduct or violation of company policies.

8. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

  • Any intellectual property created during the course of employment shall remain the property of Neftaly.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Contract shall first be addressed through Neftaly’s internal dispute resolution process before any legal action is considered.


10. Governing Law

This Contract shall be governed by the labor laws of South Africa.


11. Entire Agreement

This Contract represents the full agreement between Neftaly and the Employee. Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
