3. Purpose of the Internship

The purpose of this 6-month internship is to:

  • Provide the Intern with practical workplace experience related to their field of study.
  • Help the Intern develop professional and technical skills in a structured work environment.
  • Contribute to the Intern’s academic and career development.

The Intern acknowledges that this internship:

  • Is for a fixed term of 6 months.
  • Does not guarantee permanent employment at Neftaly after completion.

4. Duration of Internship

  • This internship will run for 6 months, commencing on [Start Date] and ending on [End Date].
  • Any extension beyond this period must be agreed upon in writing.

5. Nature of the Internship

  • The internship is structured for learning and professional development.
  • The Intern shall work under supervision and mentorship from Neftaly professionals.

6. Roles and Responsibilities

Intern Responsibilities

The Intern agrees to:

  • Fully participate in the program and complete assigned tasks.
  • Follow Neftaly’s policies and workplace guidelines.
  • Submit required progress reports or evaluations as per university guidelines.
  • Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and confidentiality in all activities.
  • Comply with workplace health, safety, and ethical standards.

Employer Responsibilities

Neftaly agrees to:

  • Provide structured mentorship and supervision.
  • Assign work relevant to the Intern’s field of study.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions.
  • Issue an internship completion certificate upon successful completion.

7. Working Hours

  • Overtime is not required but may be agreed upon for specific projects.

8. Leave Entitlement

9. Termination of Internship

14. Entire Agreement

This Contract represents the full agreement between Neftaly and the Intern. Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
