  • All contractors, interns, and third-party service providers engaged in Human Capital operations.

6.2 Recruitment and Onboarding

  1. NeftalyP238-6-2-1 Neftaly Chief Human Capital Officer must announce the appointment of new Neftaly Human Capital upon appointment as ‘Neftaly appoints [Name Surname] Chief Human Capital Officer NeftalyCHCR on [DD Month YYYY]
  2. Submit Recruitment Request Form (NeftalyT238-01).
  3. Follow standardized recruitment and selection procedures.
  4. Conduct onboarding using Employee Onboarding Checklist (NeftalyT238-02).

NeftalyP238-6-3 Performance Management

  1. NeftalyP238-6-3-1 Neftaly Chief Human Capital Officer set annual objectives aligned with Neftaly goals.
  2. NeftalyP238-6-3-2 Neftaly Chief Human Capital Officer conducts regular performance reviews Daily, Weekly, Quarterly and Annually
  3. NeftalyP238-6-3-3 Neftaly Chief Human Capital Officer mplement performance improvement plans as needed.
  4. NeftalyP238-6-3-4 Neftaly Chief Human Capital Officer must present each Neftaly Human Capital work for the full 28 – 31 Days per month from the Neftaly Royal Chief for processing of monthly Stipends and salary payments using the Neftaly Human Capital Mapping Sheet
  5. NeftalyP238-6-3-5 Neftaly Chief Human Capital Officer is mandated to delay or suspend salary payments for Neftaly Human Capital should performance be below requirements
  6. NeftalyP238-6-3-5-1 Neftaly Royal Chief must present the Neftaly Human Capital Monthly Report for each Neftaly Human Capital from 20th of the month to the 19th of the next month each Report must be separate and must be approved sepately by NeftalyP238-6-3-6 to NeftalyP238-6-3-8
  7. NeftalyP238-6-3-6 Neftaly Chief Human Capital Officer must present the performance report to the Neftaly Chief Learning Monitoring Officer who will present to the Neftaly Chief Operations Officer
  8. NeftalyP238-6-3-7 Neftaly Chief Learning Monitorinf Officer must present the performance report to the Neftaly Chief Operarions Officer who will present to the Neftaly Royal Committee
  9. NeftalyP238-6-3-8 Neftaly Royal Committee must present the performance report to the Neftaly Executive Spokesperson who will present to the Neftaly Chief Executive Officer
  10. NeftalyP238-6-3-9 All Neftaly Royal Chiefs are responsible for managing their Neftaly Human Capital they will be held responsible for the successful performance and poor performance of their Neftaly Human Capital
  11. NeftalyP238-6-3-10 Neftaly Chief Human Capital Officer to send the Idea including them full month work which complies with NeftalyP238-6-3-6 to NeftalyP238-6-3-8 each Report must be consolidated by each Neftaly Human Capital with all approvals as ‘Neftaly [DD Month YYYY] to [DD Month YYYY] [Position] [Name Surname] Monthly Report’
  12. NeftalyP238-6-3-11 Note that Neftaly Royal Chiefs do submit their Monthly Neftaly Report separately as well
  13. NeftalyP238-6-3-12 Each Monthly List in the Neftaly Human Capital Monthly Report must start with ‘DD Month [Link as per Neftaly Idea Report submitted daily]

6.4 Employee Development

  1. Identify training and development needs through performance assessments.
  2. Implement programs such as workshops, coaching, mentoring, and e-learning.
  3. Maintain Employee Development Records (NeftalyT238-04).

6.5 Talent Retention & Succession Planning

  1. Monitor employee engagement and satisfaction.
  2. Identify critical positions and high-potential employees.
  3. Develop succession plans and career progression paths.
  4. Neftaly Human Capital cannot work more than 5 years at Neftaly after 5 years the employees contract will automatically be terminated
  5. Neftaly Royals are not allowed to have vacant positions as this will affect the effective running of the Neftaly Royal Chiefs Mandates

6.6 Employee Relations

  1. Manage grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary procedures in line with policy.
  2. Maintain confidentiality and fairness in all employee-related matters.
  3. Record all HR interventions in Employee Relations Log (NeftalyT238-05).

6.7 Exit Management

  1. NeftalyP238-6-7-1 Neftaly Chief Human Capital Officer must announce the farewell of exiting Neftaly Human Capital upon exit as ‘Neftaly bids Farewell to former Chief Human Capital Officer NeftalyCHCR [Name Surname] on [DD Month YYYY]
  2. Conduct exit interviews using Exit Interview Form (NeftalyT238-06).
  3. Reconcile benefits, return of assets, and clearance procedures.
  4. Analyze exit trends for continuous improvement.
