SECTION 4: IMPLEMENTING SOLUTIONS
4.1 Introduction
Day 2 began with a comprehensive overview of what it means to move from planning to execution. The facilitator emphasised that implementation is not merely deploying a chosen solution but managing people, resources, and processes to ensure successful change.
4.2 Selecting the Optimum Solution
