- Jose will request an extension to allow additional time for reporting.
- Once the reporting deadline is confirmed, Neftaly will arrange for the return or delivery of the devices.
3. Reporting Requirements
- Reporting will focus solely on the number of individuals transformed through the program.
- Clifford inquired about the exact reporting dates and whether data or internet support would be required.
- Jose confirmed that reporting will be based on activity numbers and suggested that Neftaly could conduct group sessions and collaborate with local Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) to enhance reach and accuracy.
- Jose also noted that the mapped numbers should align with available resources and the new strategic framework.
4. Future Collaboration and Implementation
- The new working model will prioritize online delivery and potential partnerships with schools to conduct sessions virtually.
- Clifford emphasized the importance of managing the transition carefully, as the change in approach and budget reductions may lead to lower participation numbers. All future targets should be aligned with the revised budget.
